Mia has a scoop neckline with a ruffled tulle rainbow on the bodice, ribbon-tie straps with an open back, and shoulder ruffles with glitter star wands and soft pompoms.
The four-layer tulle skirt gives the biggest twirl, with a comfortable elastic back.

Choose your size by body measurements, not age alone. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, down for a closer fit, or blend two sizes using the layers.
