How to request a refund

Email info@litelierdesigns.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle, using the link in your order receipt or at paddle.net.

Who processes your refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing and returns, and approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once a refund has been issued, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Our products are digital sewing patterns delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped, so nothing needs to be returned.
