A first birthday dress made for cake smash photos and a day of twirls. 🎂

Celeste has a ribbon-tie bodice with an open back, pompom-trimmed shoulder ruffles and a full gathered tulle skirt with a comfortable elastic back. Add the glitter number from the included template, and top it off with the matching party hat.

I made this for my cousin's daughter's cake smash, and it's still my most versatile dress. When it's chilly, layer a top underneath and wear it like a dungaree.
