Digital Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Digital Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products purchased from https://litelierdesigns.com, operated by Gina Litelier Kids, an Egyptian limited liability company, Commercial Registration No. 272526, trading as Litelier Kids (“Litelier Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Digital Products Only

Litelier Kids primarily sells downloadable digital products, including digital sewing patterns, instructions and related files.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:

• No physical product will be shipped;

• No package will be delivered by mail or courier;

• Product photographs showing finished garments or other completed items are examples only;

• Fabric, sewing supplies and finished garments are not included; and

• No physical shipping charge applies.

Delivery Method

After payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, purchased digital products are normally delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• A download link displayed on the order-confirmation or thank-you page;

• A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout; or

• Access through a customer account or digital-download portal.

Delivery is considered completed when the download link or account access is made available to the email address or customer account associated with the order.

Delivery Time

Digital products are normally available immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment.

Please allow up to 30 minutes for the order-confirmation and download email to arrive.

In limited circumstances, delivery may be delayed because of:

• Payment authorization or fraud review;

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information;

• Technical problems;

• Website or service-provider maintenance;

• Internet or email-provider delays; or

• Events outside our reasonable control.

Orders requiring payment verification or manual review may take up to 24 hours to be released.

If you have not received your files within 30 minutes, please check:

• Your spam, junk and promotional email folders;

• Whether the email address entered at checkout is correct;

• Your customer account or order-confirmation page; and

• Whether your payment was successfully completed.

If the files are still unavailable, contact info@litelierdesigns.com with your full name, order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us promptly with:

• Your full name;

• Order number;

• Incorrect email address;

• Correct email address; and

• Any information reasonably required to verify the order.

For security reasons, we may need to verify the purchase before changing an order email address or resending download access.

Downloading and Saving Files

After receiving access, you are responsible for:

• Downloading the files;

• Saving a secure backup copy;

• Using compatible software and equipment;

• Following the supplied printing instructions;

• Checking the test square or scale before printing or cutting fabric; and

• Keeping download links and customer-account credentials private.

Download links may be subject to security, time or download-number limits. If a legitimate link expires or stops working, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance after verifying the order.

We do not guarantee permanent or lifetime hosting of purchased files. Customers should download and securely save their files after purchase.

Technical Problems

If a file is missing, corrupt, incomplete or cannot be opened, contact us before requesting a refund. Please provide:

• Your order number;

• Product name;

• Device and software being used;

• A description of the problem; and

• A screenshot of any error message, where possible.

We may attempt to resolve the issue by:

• Resending the download link;

• Providing account access;

• Supplying a replacement or corrected file;

• Explaining the required software or printing settings; or

• Offering another appropriate remedy.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

File Formats and Software

The file formats included with each product are stated on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for confirming before purchase that they have suitable software, applications, printers and equipment to open and use the supplied files.

Common file types may include PDF, ZIP or other formats identified in the product description. Where a ZIP file is supplied, it must be extracted before its contents can be opened.

Software, printers, paper, fabric and other equipment are not included unless expressly stated.

Printing

Printing is not a shipping or delivery service provided by Litelier Kids.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own home, office or copy-shop printing. Any printing or paper costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Before printing all pattern pages or cutting fabric, customers should:

• Select the paper size stated in the instructions;

• Print at 100% or “actual size” unless instructed otherwise;

• Disable automatic scaling such as “fit to page”; and

• Measure the supplied test square.

Litelier Kids is not responsible for printing costs or material loss caused by incorrect printer settings where accurate printing instructions were provided.

Geographic Availability

Digital products may generally be purchased and downloaded internationally, subject to:

• Payment-provider availability;

• Applicable sanctions or legal restrictions;

• Internet and service availability;

• Product-specific restrictions; and

• Our right to reject transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.

The availability of a product in a particular country does not mean that it is translated into that country’s language. The language of each product should be checked in its product description before purchase.

Shipping Charges, Customs and Import Duties

Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not normally charge physical shipping fees.

No physical customs duty, courier charge or import-delivery fee normally applies. However, digital sales tax, VAT or similar taxes may apply depending on the customer’s location and applicable law. Any amount collected by us will be shown at checkout.

A bank or payment provider may separately charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Unauthorized Sharing

Download links and customer-account access are intended only for the original purchaser.

You must not forward, publish, sell, upload or share download links or files with another person, group, class, organization, marketplace or file-sharing service except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service or a separate written licence.

We may restrict or deactivate access where we reasonably believe that a link, account or file is being used fraudulently or distributed without authorization.
